A couple of weeks ago, Julie and her kids and Cami T. (Julie's friend) and her family and I put up applesauce. We did about 63 Qts in one day. It was lots of work but it was also fun. We put up the victoria strainer outside and we had Cami's Dad's propane heater and cooked lots of them outside since it was faster. I thought you might enjoy seeing some pictures from our work. One of them is of me and the other is of Julie and Cami's husband Mica. He is wearing my apron and looks really cool.
